We strive to use lawful and ethical AI practices. Client Content will not be used for model training without explicit written consent. AI systems may be trained on licensed, public, or synthetic data sources.
All intellectual property in the Services remains the exclusive property of Wondertech Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for internal business purposes only.
You retain ownership of Client Content. You grant Wondertech Solutions a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services. You represent that you have legal rights to submit such data.
We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR where applicable. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Client Content.
While we use commercially reasonable security measures, no system is fully secure. You agree not to probe or test system vulnerabilities.
Fees are defined in separate agreements or invoices. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services.
If you access our APIs, you agree not to exceed rate limits, resell access, or use the API for prohibited activities. API access may be revoked at any time.
The Services may integrate third-party tools. Wondertech Solutions is not responsible for third-party services or content.
Each party agrees to protect confidential information and not disclose it except as required by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Maintenance and outages may occur.
We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these Terms. Outstanding obligations survive termination.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Wondertech Solutions SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wondertech Solutions from claims arising from misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
You agree to comply with export control laws and regulations.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
